Below policies will be strictly followed for all warehouse sale purchases. Please read through terms and conditions before purchase and select carefully:
1. All item/s purchased in the warehouse sale are FINAL SALE.
2. We will not accept returns or exchanges for a different style. If you receive your shoes and need to exchange sizes, our team will be more than happy to exchange, if we have stock available. If we don't have available stock, credits will not be given.
3. You, the customer, will be responsible for any postage expenses for size exchanges.
4. Please read product descriptions carefully. Our customer care team will be available via email or our chat to answer any questions you may have and help you with your selection.
5. Many of the item/s included in our warehouse sale are heavily discounted. There may be minor signs of wear on shoes that have been included in our physical warehouse sales.
6. No refunds or credits will be given, unless you receive a genuinely faulty item. If so, please email us with an image and we will resolve this issue.
