AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL FULL PRICE AUSTRALIAN ORDERS.*

Standard and Express orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post registered mail. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.  You will be required to sign for your delivery.


STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within Australia.

Delivery is expected within 5–7 business days. This estimation may vary during holiday periods. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

$15.00 express delivery within 2–3 business days from dispatch in metropolitan areas. Check here if your area is covered in the Australia Post Express Network 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

FLAT RATE EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING $30AUD

All international orders from Australia are delivered via FedEx express mail and will require a signature on delivery. Delivery is expected within 5–14 days from dispatch depending on location. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched which will allow you to track and trace your delivery at any time.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only. 
  • Full price items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund. All discounted styles marked as "sale" on the product page or discounted during a flash/promotional sale with a code or automatic discount can be returned for a credit note or free size exchange only. 
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Styles marked as "final sale - size exchange only“ on the product page are eligible for size exchange only, pending size availability. If your desired size is not available to exchange, you cannot return the item for store credit or refund.  

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost

$15 return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. *Exchanges are free

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation. You will also receive a notice of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

1. Please double check your bank account if you are unsure whether your refund was received.

2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS  (if applicable)

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. A credit note will be provided in the case of a returned sale item\s.

ANNUAL ARCHIVE SALE

Items purchased in annual archive sales cannot be returned or refunded, credit notes will not be provided. All sales are FINAL. Please consider this before purchasing during these sale periods. 

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, email customercare@dofofficial.com. Replacements will only be provided if an item is defective or damaged. Please email us with photo evidence so we can inspect and resolve this.
